The former Germain Honda buildings were demolished to make way for this single story, 27,000 square-foot BMW dealership. The project consists of a showroom along the front of the building, a large service reception area, an 18-bay service center, a vehicle delivery center, numerous sales stations and offices, and other dealership amenities.
This 2,000 sq. ft. tenant improvement included restrooms, janitor’s closet, and front bar area. The storefront windows, doors, were replaced, and the exterior updated.
