WHGC has been awarded the “Centro Golden Gate” Commercial Building project located at 5236 Golden Gate Parkway. The project consists of a 15,327 square foot office building with a future first floor available restaurant space. The project includes all site work and vertical construction with a seawall and outdoor dining deck that cantilevers out over the Golden Gate Canal. This project is the first to qualify for special grant funding offered by the county for construction in the Golden Gate Redevelopment District.

The project is in for permit approval and is scheduled to start by the end of Summer!
