Waltbillig & Hood completed the renovation and reconfiguration of an existing patient wing within the Brookdale Building at NCH North Naples Hospital, creating a new 28-bed medical unit. The single-story renovation modernized patient rooms, support spaces, and building systems while maximizing the use of the existing infrastructure. Completed to meet the stringent requirements of Florida’s Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA), the updated unit supports high-quality patient care in a modern, efficient environment.
